Vinyasa Flow - “Vinyasa” - unifying breath and movement, “Flow”- a unified state of awareness
This is an energetic class of creative, flowing sequences to help you breathe, sweat and transform!

Hatha - A traditional science of poses and techniques to bring your Self back into balance. Celebrating the body as a treasure map, each class incorporates pranayama, asana and meditation to align body, mind and spirit.
