Our Vision

Our vision is to create the opportunity for you to learn, evolve and embrace the natural elfsements whether you are in a class, course, workshop or retreat.  We offer yoga and freediving retreats for the complete beginner to experienced deep diver. Our retreat programs are run with a holistic approach, harmonizing the parallels between, yoga, freediving and healthy living.  We aim to share the art of freediving and yoga in an uplifting, fun and safe environment.

Yoga for Freediving

Yoga and freediving are natural adventures into observing the mind, learning to BE in the body (embodiment), and nurturing the spirit.  Yoga for freediving combines asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation, to open, cleanse, heal and strengthen. We share practices which energize and awaken so you may explore your potential of radiant health, natural bliss, and inspiring abilities in both your yoga and freediving practices.
